brushmatch (the "Service") is operated by Dekoratif Dokunuslar("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of brushmatch, a web application for miniature painters that provides cross-brand paint matching and shareable painting recipes, available at https://brushmatch.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
brushmatch lets you find the closest equivalent of a hobby paint across different brands and save painting recipes. The core paint matcher is free to use. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
3. Subscriptions, billing & payments
- Pro is offered as a yearly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page (currently $9.99/year).
- Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), who handles checkout, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
- The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means at abusive volume, upload unlawful or infringing content, or resell the Service without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes and photos you create. By marking a recipe public, you grant brushmatch a non-exclusive license to host and display it so it can be shared. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
6. Paint data & trademarks
Paint colors are community-sourced and approximate; matches are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed to be exact. Brand and paint names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for cross-brand comparison. brushmatch is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any paint manufacturer.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, brushmatch is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from paint purchases or mixing based on the Service.
8. Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
