Refund & Cancellation Policy

brushmatch Pro is a yearly subscription (currently $9.99/year). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
• After cancelling, you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for; it simply won't renew afterwards.
• Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — if brushmatchisn't for you, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
• Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the Pro features were not used during that period.

How to request

Email support@brushmatch.com with the email address used at purchase. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle); approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
